What is the best spyware removal program?

My internet keeps jumping to the wrong page. I think I have some sort of spyware in my computer does anyone know the best program to remove it? Shelly

5. Your browser has been hijacked. Go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/ download and make sure you update then run a full scan. As for the best, do you mean free or paid for? I use Norton 2010 and Prevx. Alot of people hate Norton but I haven't had a problem in 2 years. What are You using now? Alot of people use AVG Free but I have fixed 4 Computers this Month that use AVG.
