What is the best free anti-spyware program to get rid of viruses?

Hi. My computer has some viruses on it and it is making it really frustrating to use. I don't have the money to buy a program at the moment but I need my computer at the moment. What is the best, free and SAFE anti-spyware program or program that will get rid of my viruses?
