The real answer on how to remove Adware-onestep?

this seems to be a harmful adware and I want to safely remove it, any true methods besides the one published by ehow. It does not apply to my brand new dell with windows7. this thing came through a logitec cam i had on my old xp....I had no idea it wouldnt be compatible with windows 7.U guys are my best resouece. Thanks in advance
