Anti Spyware

Is there any spyware removal out there that can remove the authorities spyware?

I think there might be spyware from the locale police on my computer. Not sure why.

2. Authorities don't distribute spyware to my knowledge. Some authorities do track what your online habits are, but they do this at the ISP level.
