How do I get rid of all my spyware with a-squared removal?

I use a squared free to remove my spyware on my laptop, but everytime I do a scan and delete everything and then I do another scn to make sure, I keep seeing more spyware. How do I delete every single spyware from my comp without having to buy a spyware removal program?
