How do I get rid of those spyware blocker notices?

I'm getting little notices on the corner of my screen alerting me of spyware but i can't get rid of of that window. What do i need to do?

1. i've had this. it's probably a virus, first try to get a spyware remover like Zonealarm or Mcafee, if u can't buy that go to the task manager and see what you are running, once you think you found the program try ending it, if it stops then you're good then go to explorer and look for the program example.exe and delete it. But if it doesnt end you have to restart in safe mode, sometimes by pressing the F buttons or delete. Then you have to delete it from there. GL
