Any free software that i can download so i can block spyware real time?

1. No. dont download any software from net. i was cheated when i did the same thing. (I'M NOT KIDDING) better u INSTALL AVG/Norton/Avast antivirus through a cd. they are harmless and will fully protect ur computer.
2. I would suggest Spybot Search & Destroy, as well as Ad-Aware... DISCLAIMER: If something goes wrong, don't come after me. Take my advice at your own risk.
3. Download google pack and it come with spyware doctor free. It uses real time protection , but since it does run in the background it may slow down your PC.
